      • Other written agreement between Magnetite FM and the customer.

The applicable service documentation may establish terms relating to scope, pricing, payment, scheduling, warranties, cancellation, access to the property, liability or other matters relating to the work.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a written agreement specifically governing services provided to a customer, the service-specific agreement will govern with respect to those services.
